Santa Magic is a merchant that pays rent to the mall like every other store. Santa Magic pays for all salaries of Santa and the help. Our product is our photos and just as you wouldn't think of bringing your own steak into a restaurant, we request that you do not use any recording devices during your time at Santa Magic. Cameras, camera phones, video cameras, voice recorders or any other recording devices will not be allowed in or around the Santaville set.
Use of these devices will be considered shoplifting and be dealt with appropriately.
Our photos are copyright material belonging to Santa Magic. No reproduction of our photos will be allowed. Any reproduction will result in the prosecution for the individual and business involved.
Visits can include more than one visitor and may also be done in sets to accomodate everyone getting their own photo as well as a group shot. Just ask the helper at the time of your visit.
